1. The Entry closing date will be January 6, 2026
2. No refund of entries will be provided after January 13, 2026.
3. Acceptance will be made on January 26, 2026, and the skips will be notified either via telephone call or email
4. Preference will be given to last year’s teams

Player Eligibility

• Teams will consist of a minimum of three employees, officers, or directors engaged full-time in the petroleum industry, exploration, drilling, production, refining, marketing, supportive services and supply.
• Teams will be allowed one curler not employed in an oil-related industry. This individual CAN NOT play the skip position. Any ineligible player skipping may result in the disqualification of the entire team. The decision of the bonspiel committee will be final.
• No more than (2) changes will be accepted from the original entry.

3. Payments can currently be made by cheque, payable to Red Deer Oilmen’s Bonspiel, or by contacting a member of our organizing committee to arrange payment directly. Payment is now also available online through the Pidherney Curling Centre website. Please ensure you submit your registration form before making your online payment.
